Black just makes the wheel+tire area an undifferentiated mess of dark - nobody can tell where tire ends and wheel starts. Get silver wheels and have them powder coated a strong blue, orange or green. Perhaps even pink.

355 FTW. Classic 5-spoke. 5 lugs, 5 spokes look like they go together. Something other than black, though. I ran black aftermarket wheels on all my trucks and cars since 1995. Now everybody's doing it, so I chose something different (see sig).

Yeah I agree black is done a lot but I have one of the few DMG 5.0s in my area so it already stands out. I don’t want to stand out even more. I just want a wider tire to help put the power down better while daily driving.

SVE site says "low stock, only 1 available" in black!? Consider these -

But again, I’m trying to not stand out too much.
Based on your picture, that boat has already sailed. :giggle: That car looks outstanding, or to put it another way, it stands out.

Yeah surprisingly dealerships didn’t have many of the DMG cars around my area. I had an order in for an Oxford white car, but they had slowed down production again so I wasn’t sure if it was gonna get built so I got this one.

but I do like my grays

I was actually considering the bronze
I would worry that the bronze is a trend that might go out of fashion soon, and that it might kind of clash with the DMG. The titanium is a true grey; it doesn't stand out like silver or chrome.

SVE bronze isnt the best finish. Its kinda thin inho and they spray the lug nut seats so it flakes off there over the first 10 wheel changes or so, which isnt confidence inspiring. I dont want flakes of paint under my lug nuts. Never had any loosen but still dont love it. Better wheels would be bare aluminum there.

OTOH the price is good and I think they do look cool with a dark car. These are the SVE SP2 in bronze

I say gunmetal on that color Grey would be really nice. I like mine. Of course mine is a very flashy color 😀

I went with Black R355's myself. I've always loved 5 spoke wheels. I considered Bronze, but I was never able to see any Bronze wheels in person on an S550. They're still sitting in the corner of the house waiting for me to do my suspension mods next week.
