Line Lock issue

I have a 2019 Mustang GT PP2

I fellow the manual to try Line Lock function, but it does not work, and then I do every the same in GT350, it works. SO MY CAR HAS SOME PROBLEM?

1.turn off traction control try all of normal sport+ track and drag race mode
2.Press break all the way down

Then the screen shows press OK to begin. It should be stay here and wait me press the OK. But it do not, the 15 sec counter start immediately after I push break. And I do not hear the break lock sound from car.

I trying to do some search, but do not find any one else has same issue so far.

Hmm I have the same car as you and tried it just now and got a warning message to check owner manual since it didn’t engage.

Mine worked fine a week ago, presume it still works now.

Key part is after the "step on brake step" KEEP your foot on the brake while the OK screen comes up and press OK, DO NOT move your foot between the two steps, only remove your foot from the brake after you hit OK and hear the line lock engage.

Did you figure it out or still having trouble? It take a bit to engage but I did it before... like twice already with this car...

If you have an auto the transmission has to be in gear before you can activate it.

You need to press down on the Brake, not the Break.....LOL

I also own a 2019 Mustang GT, and I did this multiple times, and it never failed. Maybe your vehicle has some particular issues that need to be fixed professionally. Mustangs are indeed a pleasure for the eyes and reliable cars, but after some time, things break.

First of all, that's such a great car choice lol. Is the option not appearing, or is it greyed out when attempting to access it? If greyed out, you maybe be on an angle. Line lock worked with the cars gyro to determine if you're on a suitable flat area, or else it won't give you access to LL. Then again, line lock can be confusing if you can access it, and then it cancels itself halfway through.
