That sucks. There was a TSB! Why did they think your car was unique when it had the same damn failure of some significant population of the production run....did they give you an explanation?

How long ago was this? Aren't there are laws in place that prevent the loss of warranty when the modification is unrelated to the damage?

This was 2 years ago and a huge pain. They agreed to cover my issue despite the TSB being on 08 6-6 accords and I had an 09. They had me bring it to a dealer they claimed had a master tech. Had the car for a week and said it was a defect. Once the dealer mentioned to corporate that the car had coilovers and nothing else, an "engineer" said that my coilovers altered the geometry of the axles and that caused issues with the trans. Complete bullshit but this was their conclusion and I mentioned it to a lawyer that was a family friend. I just got so frustrated with the car that I sold it as is and still got $2200 more than I wanted for it. I figured why drag it out when I didn't have time to do so lol
