You have a track car right. You should have waited for the 17 then you would have had the tech option ....that you are so interested in.
I had a 17 on order with the electronics package (it's actually being built) I didn't want to pay the extra so I got the 16

The skeptic in me says the talk of the cooler fix was so they could sell the rest of the techs
Like we give a f#ck as long as the fix is released....

I was hoping for an FP fix while my GT350 is still under warranty and for the convenience of a Ford engineered fix. My warranty expires January '18...

Right now, I could cob together the trans and diff fixes like like those who have clearly documented in this and other forums (thanks to all who have shared their experiences )

Also, I'm sure aftermarket kits would soon be available once Ford decides to release the kits or not.

I always thought lack of trans and diff coolers was a mistake (Ford now proving this) and was surprised my GT350 had an engine oil cooler as was my dealer who said my tech pack would have no coolers. No one has explained why they have the engine oil cooler.

But if someone could tell , better yet give me the documentation, that explains how my '16 Tech Pack got the engine oil cooler, I'd really appreciate it.

No, not a bit. I have options.

So no, I don't give a f#ck as you ask but if someone could tell , better yet give me the documentation, that explains how my '16 Tech Pack got the engine oil cooler, I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you for your interest in my emotional well-being.
Hey Mr. Tankman ;), first thing that showed up when googling the 2 cooler part numbers given to us by NipSC4328 was the original poster of where that news first originated.

I don't know if the original poster is credible or not, all i know is that nothing official has been released by Ford.

I tried finding that online chat he's referring to, but cannot find it on FP web site.

I have no documentation but this is my two cents. The GT350 was always intended to have coolers from the engineer standpoint. Some other exec made the under $50k decision which then required making a "base" model without coolers. After a couple drives Ford realized that oil cooler is needed on all trims, but it can go without the other 2 coolers on roads.

This makes sense when you place this against the initial marketing of "most track capable mustang" then only later seeing the different options of base/track/tech.

You might be right if you read the press release the non track car doesn't have a engine cooler, which i think members have said it does. I think you are spot on about the 50K price point. Dealers ADM'd the shit out of them anyway. Edit the supplement also implies there are models with out engine oil coolers.

My base has an oil cooler, end of speculation.
