Let dealership top off with Motorcraft or Amsoil ?

My local "Fast Lube" oil change shop has far superior service than the Ford dealer - only problem is they don't have a good digital torque wrench for the GT350...

Question...is a non-digital torque wrench adequate?

No i did not and don't see the point of doing so since i have not even started the car once since it's been in storage !

Lot of people don't change before/after storage, but my plan is to change with motorcraft in the fall before storing, and then change again to amsoil perhaps in the spring. The point in doing both changes is to "flush" the engine of any leftover contaminants that may not have come out during the oil change prior to storage.

Not necessary for sure, but good practice IMO for what is essentially cheap insurance and extra peace of mind on a very expensive engine

Doesn't have to be digital to be accurate. I have a non-digital torque wrench and have it certified every year and checked for accuracy. Still very, very accurate, just not as convenient.
