JB4 piggy back tuner running map 2. I'll take my torque curve over that GT500 torque curve any day. Twin twin scroll turbos FTW.

I get a full chub every time I drive my M5
well considering bmw limits their buyers to 4" at full mast, thats not all that impressive

my M5 that cost less than half that amount.
you're comparing a bmw sedan you bought used to a new mustang produced almost 10 years later? is there something about 9 year old german cars that makes their value drop that low, that fast?

That just seems like a lot of money. That's GT350 money.
how do you figure? what was the msrp of the 2021 gt350?

damn. i've only seen a white with blue stripes and a red with white stripes driving around here. plus a lead foot with black roof but i really want my car side by side with AG to see the differences.

Of course. It is better. With that said, I still can't believe people are paying $60k for a nearly standard Mustang. I can see paying more for a GT350 or GT500, but the Mach 1 has the same 480 hp my 2019 GT had with the calibration kit.

Yes, my 2013 M5 that I paid $27k for is a better car than any Mustang I have owned, and I have owned five Mustangs. With over 600 hp and so much more refined, it's just a different animal. I guess to each his own.

I still can't believe you paid $27K for 2013 M5 when you could have bought brand new DutchDutch 8C for less than $14K USD including taxes and import fees.

have you seen the price of a new M5 @ 110k+
You know how it is with BMW and base price. You spend (dozens) thousands of dollars on extra stuff.
In Germany, M5 starts at 142k USD incl. tax, throw in some colour, 20" and some bits and pieces and you're at 150k with tax. Not even funny that you get it cheaper than in Germany. Oh and it'll still look and sound worse than Mach 1 which costs half that price here, haha.

OMG! I can buy an 8 year old car for HALF THE PRICE and get a whopping 600 horses out of it!?!?!?

WELL I'LL BE! I'm canceling my order and going for a beater! I mean beamer....

Or I could take that same 30k, drop it onto a....well...pick just about anything from the early 80s for 5k, and drop a 1000 HP blown stroker motor into it, and still be able to buy some beers to drink with the boys afterwards.

What's your point mate?

Lol, and have fun with servicing that powertrain shortly as you are pushing 9 years old and tens of thousands of hard miles.

It may be more refined, but reliability of that car (and its inevitable out of pocket cost) is not even in the same league as a new car with 5 years of warranty.

Thanks! I guess I would worry about that if I was poor.
