I’ll probably take mine off tomorrow so I can put the stock washer back on. Will measure and post.
For me, my IW damper can only take so big of a washers OD due to it recesses into the damper.

OK, update time. Due to paranoia, I pulled the Kinetik washer off and glad I did. I forgot to take a pic beside the stock washer, but you can see this one measures about 1.5” in dia. The stock one was 2”. But here’s the concern. You can see the contact pattern on the back of the washer from sitting up against the pulley; reference the pointer. Due to that beveled edge on the washer, there was maayybbeee 1 - 1.5mm of face contact. Was that good enough? Really a concern? Don’t know, don’t care, don’t like it. Stock washer back on with the stud and nut. Feelzzz are better now, lol. Will be contacting Kinetik. I don’t know if the coyote and 350 are identical in this regard, but I wouldn’t use it.

In the interest of full disclosure, here’s the immediate response I got back from Kinetick. I sent them the same thing I posted above…

DO NOT use the factory washer with our stud. Others have done so and had the factory washer crack.

The washer in our kit allows it to be used with any crankshaft pulley (ATI, Innovators, Stock)
A larger diameter washer is not needed or beneficial. The double-chamfered 1/4" washer in our kit is overkill for the clamp being applied.
A smaller OD on the washer is stronger, and the clamp force is directly inline with the components on the crankshaft snout.
The mounting boss on some crank pulleys (stock specifically) are not completely flat. With a larger OD washer, uneven clamp is possible.

Let me know if you have any questions. Rest assured, we haven't had a single washer failure or issue on the thousands of our stud kits that are installed.

Kinetic's washer is too small as you have seen. At least you got a response, I got nothing. As noted before, I used the washer from the arp bolt kit I had laying around. Perfect.

Needed, overkill, worry for nothing, or otherwise…I ordered the FFRE kit to get the appropriate washer. Performance aside, my OCD will thank me.

I can see your point, BUT; Why the hell did you bring this up? Now I'm thinking about it. LOL
