I'm also running the chiller here in Florida.... you want to measure iat2's and compare those with ambient temps...

So you're showing 47* Fahrenheit as the ambient temperature and 46* Celcius (115* F) as the IAT and that's close?

I had one of the first Killer Chillers ever made on my Terminator many years ago. I really wasn't impressed at all. They recommended using an R-12 alternative in my 134a system. The AC never blew cold and it was almost impossible to find and fix all of the leaks that it(or I) created. I hoped they have improved a lot over the years.

The install is challenging. From what I have seen on some S550s and CTS-V, they work really well.

I bought a new line for the high pressure side and sent it to Joe @ Kincaid.... instead of having to cut and splice that line the welded in a connection and left it on a pressure test for 24 hours... Once they installed it they left it on a vacuum for 2 hours to verify no leaks. I also took it back a week later to verify all was good.

As for cabin cooling, if I start the car after it's been sitting overnight, the air blows ice cold no issues. Once the car is up to temp (in 90 degree ambient temps) if I shut it down and come back a bit later, it has heatsoaked and takes a bit longer to get cool again. But you have to understand this Roush blower gets insanely hot when heatsoaked. My iat2's in 90-100 degree weather do not get over 110-120 when idling, 100 when driving normal, and 130 when doing a pull up to 140mph... I can't wait to see what this does as the strip in the fall...

The heat soak was definitely the biggest issue with the Terminator kit. Once it was heat soaked you might as well roll down the windows because AC wasn't happening.

I installed one of these on a Lightning about 12 years ago. Truck is a track-only bracket truck, still racing two tracks to this day. No problems whatsoever, and works awesome. You can get the intercooler water into the 60's on a 100 degree ambient day no problem. Charge wise, you just have to know how to interpret pressure readings and adjust as necessary during the initial fill.

I would seriously love to have one for my S550, but the price tag is a bit much for no more than I race, and i'm only a Friday night/TNT kind of guy so consistency really isn't my deal, but those IAT's certainly would help power/E.T.

We were one of the first to install a drag kit on a Lightning. We took pictures/ect for the company to see/use in product install manual development. Great kit.
