keyless Entry is not working

I’m from Japan, I have a mustang 2015, three months before my vehicle is not responded for key ,then its not started. after dealer said BCM units is damage .after BCM unit replace.then engine is started. but now key less entry not working. KEY fob is lock, unlock and trunk is open but intelligent Access not responded.
dealer check rear Antenna also.its okey good. key battery and car battery also new. please help me sold out this problem. my english is not good so any the are some problem sorry for this .

Welcome to the site. Have you tried any of the key fob reprogramming features outlined in this video?

thank you for your respond , YES key reprogramming also done. before BCM unit replce keyless entrece is work but after BCM unit replace not working .

Have you attempted to unhook both battery cables, wait at least a genuine 15 mins, then connect them again?

Sometimes BCM issues can be reset by unhooking the battery for a bit, then connecting it back up again. As silly as it sounds, it has been found to work in some instances such as the common rear taillight non-blink issue.

Keyless entry can be disabled in the settings menu. May be worth checking.

I don't know if this will be helpful or not, because it is the US version - but starting on page 89, it walks through how to go through numerous dash menu options:

Maybe the Euro version is online or maybe you have the original in your car to reference. But in any instance, you have to go through the main dash cluster at steering wheel using the steering wheel controls for getting into the various menus and changing those menu settings.

I don't have a 2015 to walk you through menus... and menu options have changed in different models/years.

Also there is the "MyKey" settings - have you checked to make sure you are using the Primary Key and not a secondary w/ MyKey settings? I've never set up MyKey myself, so maybe others can chime in if that has any affect on the remote functions.
