Today on lunch, I noticed that there was a "mini" car show at the Sterling Heights ford plant where I live. They had one performance package 2015 GT in deep impact blue, also some cool Boss 302's and a shelby gt500 along with classics. I talked to the ECR (Or I believe it is ECR), and after telling him where I worked, ordering one, and how excited I was, he unlocked the car for me and allowed me to sit in and start the car. Here are some notes:

I still do not believe that I am only 19 years old and I was able to get the privilege to do all of this, it really makes me happy.
PICTURES DO NOT DO JUSTICE TO THIS CAR, this is the best interior I have ever sat in for a $40,000 car.

The brakes are MASSIVE

The one thing I love about the interior, it is very "raw", I do not like the super refined rounded perfectly ergonomic interiors of true European cars, this interior screams american made, function over looks, and WOW
The Gloss Black Rims look MUCH better in person, I was iffy, but now I am definitely keeping them Black.

The Shifter feels extremely nice, gets into gear positions easy.

The Leather is EXTREMELY soft, much better than the 2014's

The stock idle is much better compared to the 2014's, i am not sure what has changed, but it sounds very good stock

This car feels lower to the ground, and you can see out of every window with ease compared to the big hooded 2014

Coin tray has about 10 inches of travel, it is massive

Rear view camera is HD, the picture is extremely high quality

So much more to describe, I truly cannot wait for this car.

This is about to be the longest 6 weeks of my life waiting for this car, this car is phenomenal.

This pretty much mirrors my sentiments after finally getting to see and sit in one. I didn't get to see the Performance Pack GT unfortunately, or Triple Yellow :( , but other than that, this is spot on how I felt about it. The interior is ridiculously good compared to anything in the price range.

I do have a few pictures on my phone, I did not have much time because I was on lunch break during work, and I was in so much shock I just wanted to feel and touch everything and see how every little thing was in the car

Best interior in a 40k car? If only we could have our cake and eat it too. ;)

Yea..The Mustang is never getting close to the new C class. C class starts at 38k and even that model has a ridiculously awesome interior. It is one of the best interiors I've ever seen on any car let alone 40k and less.

Awesome .
Being that you are also ordering a magnetic, deep impact blue is my close second.. after seeing it (dib)in person do you still feel magnetic is the one for you?
The wait is both exciting and painful at the same time.

When I look at the toggle switches, I can't help but to think that the hazard flasher switch should have been placed all the way to the right. It's the switch you're least likely to use, but it's the closest one to you. Yeah, I know. Safety.

I have not seen magnetic in person, but I love gray. My dad has a cyber gray z06, it is so much easier to keep clean compared to any other color and shows the most metallic depth because the flakes refract all different colors in gray scale paint, same goes for black and white.

I did see a magnetic 2015 fusion, it is definitely darker than the previous gray, with more depth to it, the flakes show through a lot more.
