3.7V6 sounds pretty good, but my question is there ANY 'engine' sound transmitted to the inside electronically? I know some late models were doing this and I'd rather NOT have the extra noise- therefore would turn that feature off if possible. Thanks!

congratulations dude, no the mustangs do not have digital enhanced engine noise in them. The v6 sounds good with a few exhaust upgrades

are you talking a cat back system vs headers- that are expensive and difficult to change! What kind of performance and/or MPG could I see?

Yes but I am pretty sure they aren't that difficult to change at least not for the GT. it's something you can do on your own or pay a shop $100-200 to do it for you.

Not sure you would get better mpg or worse and the hp gains are minimal unless you change the headers then you could see a 10-20 hp increase

My buddy had a 2015 EB Mustang which did have a microphine in the rear center of the headliner (just in front of the window), that piped a throaty exhaust sound through the stereo speakers. I helped him unplug it after he had a stereo shop add an amp and sub to the car.
