can one of you auto guys with the pedalmax make a quick video review of it at 100% vs off id really like to know what to expect before buying please :)
i would say that it's probably the best mod I've done so far. night and day difference. a video would be hard to show the feel of the change in acceleration. i think it's even better than a tune. i'm still a little on the fence about the tune.

For the price, why wouldn't you just do a tune?
JMS is removable and not detected therefore will not hassle warranty is the best answer.

A video definitely wouldn't show anything since it doesn't make the car any faster. It just adjusts the throttle to open quicker and more direct to how you are pressing the gas pedal mostly.

A video definitely wouldn't show anything since it doesn't make the car any faster. It just magnifies the amount you press the pedal. Say you press it 25% down it will change it to say 50% etc. Makes it feel faster since you don't have to press the gas as much.
yea only thing that has me on the fence about ordering is drivability in traffic where having a similar effect of mashing the pedal down might not be the best idea

Not an issue at all.

That definitely is not an issue at all! If interested in one let me know. We are an authorized dealer for JMS.

I thought it came with a little instruction sheet. It's incredibly obvious once you stick our head under the dash though, just unplug the one connector going to the pedal sensor, and stick this thing inline. Then just secure it somewhere under there with zip ties or whatever you want.

I does come with an instruction, I have the doubt if the the pedal sensor is right above the pedal itself or it's the small black box attached at the right of the pedal...

I have a question about us knob thing. It appears some vendors sell it with a knob and others don't. Kind of hard to make out using the part number if it comes with a knob or not. Is it really a knob, and does anyone have a picture of it?

Hm, pretty sure it's right above the pedal itself. Check the connector on the pedalMax and see which connector it matches.

And yes, it really is a knob, and it costs extra from most if not all vendors. If you get the knob-less, they all come with a little resistor thing you connect to the pedalMax to reduce the sensitivity to 60% or something.

So basically, with no knob your 2 sensitivity options are the full 100%, or 60%.
With the knob, you can dial it in on the fly anywhere between 0-100%.

Now try turning the PedalMax up to 100 and then toggle to Sport mode... WOW!
Works that good eh? I'd like to get a tune but don't want to mess with the warranty until it's over. If the Pedalmax improves the throttle response that much i'll just go that route until i decide to do a tune. My car just feels like it's being held back.

I know what you mean, the throttle lag makes it feel heavy. I noticed it has improved some though as I break it in
