Some of ya know what I’ve been working on over the last year or so and here it is.

First pic is how the trunk looks with no beauty panels installed:

And here’s how it looks now:

Only thing left to do is install the laser-etched acrylic piece that I’m still waiting on. It’ll be a nice finishing touch.

Damn, very nice. Tell me about the setup......
All JL Audio. C7-650 midbass, C7-350 midrange, and C7-100 tweeters all up front, center channel disconnected. C5-650 coaxials in the rear. Subs are 12w3v3 wired at 2 ohms. Amps are all VXi DSP amps at 1960 watts RMS total. Integration is PAC Audio Amp Pro with optical out to VXi hub. XS Power D4700 AGM battery in stock location with a 2 gauge additional ground to chassis wire. Power and ground for the system is 0-gauge OFC to XS Power 500 farad supercap and then to a T-Spec distribution block with 4-gauge from there to amps. Blue Sea circuit breaker protects the car and audio from the capacitor

Very clean setup. I'm working on mine as well with all JL Audio. 10W6V3 in an older JL H.O. box, running and older JL 500/1V2. Using JL C2 series mids, but I'm not completely done. 3/4 of the way.

So I have a question….what system did you start with? I want to get that PAC amp pro but it says it doesn’t work with my 9 speaker system…I’m trying to figure out why.

It doesn’t because the amp is different. The B&O uses a DSP amplifier and the wiring is different. I believe you can use the Maestro though, there’s plenty of info on it in a thread here specifically for the 9 speaker cars.

The Maestro is different. I wanted to get the digital out as well, the Maestro doesn’t offer that. Thanks for the info

Coming from someone who used to compete in Stereo, won several 1st, 2nd and a few 3rd place at Daytona Spring Break Nationals, your work is SICK! Looks super professional and very impressive, not to mention the quality of what you chose!!
