I currently have 35mm Whiteline front swaybar and slotted struts (-2.5 camber/zero toe) I am running stock tires and recently I have developed passenger side tire rubbing against the swaybar. Finally figured out that the bar was not centered so I've tried straightening/ retightening endlinks (i bought a set of used BMR endlinks on here) and it would always go away for a couple of hours then come back. Its at its worst when turning full lock/or turning from dead stop.
I do not have the locking kit installed so i plan on doing that, but any idea why this may keep happening? The car was great for 3-4 months but about two weeks ago it started happening. It makes this horrible sound and the car amost skids instead of turning due to the swaybar repeatedly rubbing against the inner tire sidewall.
Another question is how is everyone rubbing wider tires in the front or lowered suspension not have this issue? There's not much clearance on there
I have a stock rear swaybar and run full stiff in the front. Bushing look perfectly fine.
