Is Turbo worth it?

I've been going back and forth between a Whipple supercharger and Hellion top mount twin turbos. My biggest dilemma is that I don't live near any E85 stations. I really want to go with the Hellions since most of my driving is on highways. However, I'm leaning towards the Whipple or VMP because the power would be mostly set at around 650-700 hp. Given the lack of E85 availability, would it even be worth going the turbo route?

I have a top mount 6466 hellion kit for sale actually, kit has been great im just tryna get into a s650 so car will be stock, made 967 on 15lbs. Not sure where u located but im in Texas
