Is this the correct coolant?

The coolant in my 2019 bullitt is at the min rating so I was wondering if this is the correct factory coolant for topping off.

Also, do you fill it to max or in the middle between max and min I’ve read both

It depends on what is in your car now. If you have orange now, then yes, that's right. If you have yellow then it's best to use yellow. Supposedly you can mix the two colors, though there's been some debate if that's true. Some dealers say yes, some no. So I'll stick to matching the colors.
I fill mine to max, why not? But as long as you are between the lines, you're good.

I’m confused now so do I check the level when the engine is cold or hot? Cause currently my coolant is at min when the engine is cold so can I just fill it to max?

No, you can release the pressure, there's 2 stages to the cap when it opens. First stage releases the pressure next stage opens.

So if I’m understanding correctly I top it off to the min line and then when the cars hot it should go up towards the max line. Can someone verify this?

This really doesn't bear all this worry. Just read the owners manual.
To paraphrase it.
Add when cold, fill to between min and max.
When hot fluid level CAN exceed max level.

Yes, it is. And of course top it off to the max line when engine is COLD. Mine was actually below the min line when I bought it with 66 miles on the clock. It hasn't moved after I filled it up at the dealership (before firing up the engine, of course).

You NEVER, EVER open a cooling system when the engine is hot.
