It's definitely below filter, I removed to change it and that's when I noticed it. Thanks for help. I ordered a code reader cause this car has been given me so many problems and threw a check engine on last night.If it is below the filter then its a water draining hole. If it's above the filter you've got a problem.

Only if it rainsIf it is below the filter then its a water draining hole. If it's above the filter you've got a problem.
That means your catalytic converter on bank to is not filtering the air like it should. Its either the converter itself or one of the O2 sensors has gone bad. Check your sensors first and if they are functioning properly then you'll have to replace your converter.
