Well, I am new here. OBVIOUSLY. :) I'm 26, raised in the country and then forced into the city. I did 8 years in the Army; 5 active, 3 reserves. I now contract all over the world, and no...not killing people. :p I still have a little country in me though.

You all will be happy to hear this...I was a Chevy guy growing up. :p I basically got forced to choose between Chevy/Ford/Dodge, and everyone else liked the other two...so I chose Chevy. I actually really liked the Camaro, so it wasn't so bad growing up, and the Silverado was alright. Truck pulls usually sucked, unless "Junkyard Dawg" was there with his flatbed Chevy...he always won. I always loved the ridiculously shaped weights he used. Either way, now I'm an "edumacated" city boy who does CyberSecurity and doesn't have time for silly things such as tractor/truck pulls. :p Of course that's a joke. I would still be going to them if I could.

Either way, I love the new Mustang, and hate the Camaro, so that's that. I can't say I have always been a fan of the Pony, and I won't lie about always being a Ford guy, but I know I'm making the right choice now. I plan on picking up an '15 GT after somebody defaults on their loan. Harsh, I know...but what better way to get a brand used car for thousands under the MSRP?

I pretty much am a weird IT nerd. I love everything. Or at least really close to it. I like anything from fishing/hunting to playing the piano and writing poetry. Yea, that's right...judge me. :D

Well, I will end this now...I hope everyone is super happy with their purchase and I can't wait to be behind the wheel of a '15 Mustang.

Hello to everyone. I've been a member for a little while but haven't had much too say... yet. living in London, England at the moment, so have to wait a while to catch up with everyone back home. I was born in Boston, raised and bred in Providence, Rhode Island. Lived in over a dozen countries and in all 5 continents and moved to London in 2008 and might be moving to Italy or Sweden sometime in the future, hopefully with my 2015 mustang in tow. I've owned only one mustang before and that was over twenty years ago. Driven quite a few other type of vehicles since and most have never lived up to my stang.

I know this one definitely will........

Howdy, I'm in Germany right now and looking at the 2015 Mustang. I've gotten a quote but have a bunch of questions. Searching the forum here for answers.
Thanks

Awsome! When you both get your new Mustangs, if you don't already have a shop, Magic Maker aka Joe owns Mustang Magic for over 20 years now, I personally have brought my mustangs to him for 10 years now and have never been disappointed, very professional, quality work done by these guys. :ford:
Excellent. I dont have a shop to go to right now as I have never owned a mustang or performance car for that matter before.

Did you guys order your mustangs from Sayville Ford? Jack Frost(my salesman) told me he was friends with Joe for quite some time.

Would be very cool if they all arrived at the same time. Thanks again!

Hello people of Mustang6g!!

My name is Erik and I am part of the team here at Vivid Racing in Gilbert, AZ!

We had a ton of fun developing and building our last Ford project car, the Ford Focus ST.
During the time we owned it, we used it as a test bed for different products we developed in house through our manufacturing division (Agency Power) along with products developed by other top manufactures.

As a Vivid Racing Project Car, the entire build was documented on our website with step by step installs, videos, and pictures.
Link and Pictures below!

http://www.vividracing.com/blog/category/project-cars/project-ford-focus-st/

We are excited to apply what we've learned about Fords EcoBoost platform and have our eyes set on the S550 Mustang EcoBoost!

This new platform will add a dynamic to the Mustangs lineage that hasn't been seen for years, and the advancements in technology being implemented in forced induction vehicles of today makes this a very exciting time to own a project like this!

Some of the other factory turbocharged cars we have developed tunes for in house at our tuning branch (VRTuned) have seen increases of 150hp from just our tune alone! We have plans to produce our easy to use tuning kits and other products to help other S550 owners get the most out of their new mustangs!

I'm here to help and to get to know the members of this community as we become a bigger part of it! So feel free to contact me if there is anything I can help you find or if you just want to talk about Mustangs and any other platform! Our company has been around since 2001 and has established strong relationships with a lot of manufacturers in the industry, so we can get you very competitive prices on anything you're looking for!

We are looking forward to contributing to this community and keeping our development on the new mustang documented with blogs, pictures and videos shared here and on our website!

So keep an eye out for Vivid Racing in the next few months!

Best Regards,
Erik Benedikt

Hello all.

I've been reading here for quite some time, and before that I spent a lot of time reading on TMS.

I've never had much to add to the discussion, but I finally signed up in case I want to jump into a discussion.

I learned to drive in a 240Z with a 4 speed, and I have always wanted to get back to a RWD coupe with a manual transmission. I think I will make that happen with an S550.

Hello all,

Cruising the web looking at different cars as I'm making a purchase soon. I may have found my home. Short list includes Cadillac CTS-V, BMW 550, Audi A5, and now the 2015 Mustang GT. The only car I have ever purchased new was a 2003 Mustang GT and I may add a 2015 to that list. Been lurking for a few days and finally decided to join. I used to be a member of Yellow Mustang Registry and it feels good to be looking at Stangs again.

Hello everyone!
I am currently stationed in Korea but I will be moving to my next assignment in Boston at almost exactly the same time my new baby will be delivered to the dealer there, so she'll be waiting for me! I can't wait to see what she has in store for me and I'm definitely ready for the next level the 2015 has to offer!
Chris, did you get your Mustang through Military Sales?
Welcome aboard.
