I was wrong.

As long as the switch is learn from BCM it will self adjust. The min and max are only
used if the switch is set to calibration.

I am posting a pic with it set to cal and also a stock 2023 PP1 cal

As long as the diameter is within the minimum and maximum it doesn’t matter what size you run. The bcm is constantly monitoring this and making adjustments as it will directly affect the transmission on an automatic. On a manual it’s still going to be monitored because it can effect torque tables governors throttle and much more. So as long as you are within min/max nothing is needed. If you did go outside of the min/max then a tune or maybe forscan could fix it

I went from 3.15 rear gears to 3.55 and did not have to tune anything. My speed o is still accurate.

The speedo being off a bit does not concern me. I am comfortable that the tires I want to run will fit no problem.

What I am really concerned with is if I go with a taller tire, what other things can be impacted, and what is needed so the car isn't confused. I have read that traction control and ABS could be impacted with changing tire diameter, and I don't want those things doing unwanted things when driving.

If a simple re-tune at Ford dealer is what I need to do, I have no problem paying an hour of labor. I want this car to last my lifetime and don't want premature wear or unexpected driving assistance.
you wont have issues with an additional .4" of height. That's only .2" of additional radius.

There are zero changes needed
