I need better lights in my 2015. Is there a reasonable price bulbs that won't hurt my wiring harness that will dramatically increase headlights?

The OEM HID lights are very bright, so I assume you have traditional Halogen bulbs. Take a picture of the headlight and post it here.I am not sure what type it has. Is there a way to test it?
I did find this
IIRC the ballast fitted to modern HID lights give out the same power no matter what bulb is plugged into it so fitting 50W bulbs will still run at the 35W of the stock fittings. You guys are lucky, in the EU and RHD (UK and AUS) cars we get 25W D8S units!Would higher watt bulbs work without damage to housing or wiring?
is it because of the ballast the led performance is so low?IIRC the ballast fitted to modern HID lights give out the same power no matter what bulb is plugged into it so fitting 50W bulbs will still run at the 35W of the stock fittings. The ballast will put out the wattage it is rated for, nothing more and i doubt nothing less. Better performing bulbs will help as long as nothing else is sub par, the ballast is basically a power amplifier and they can go bad but more likely the bulbs would go bad I'd imagineis it because of the ballast the led performance is so low?
