I have my intake manifold out and I'm getting ready to install my bullet CMCV lockouts but one side the shaft that holds the rotors is broken and there's nothing to attach the lockout too.

Secondly even on the good side I can't quite figure out how to do this and I'm wondering if these things are not good for what I'm doing they sure look the same as all the other ones. I bought them off eBay and they look identical to all the other ones.

So currently the broken side is open but I don't have much faith that it'll stay open and I don't know what to do cuz I don't want to put it back on and have them close and start throwing codes again.

I have a 2015 stock intake manifold with only 30K miles on it in good condition for sale $100.00. If you want the vacuum actuators too add $30.00. The actuators are brand new and have never been used installed.

Thanks Craig but I'm doing the lockouts and I think I've now figured out the repair but thanks for your Offer. If I had to replace the manifold I probably would go at the 2018 Gen 3.

Update on my original post is that I found through searching that using JK Weld I am able to repair the broken shaft enough I can install the Lockouts. So I believe my problem has been solved.

However as a warning to anybody that's here I purchased mine on eBay and one side fits and the other doesn't. I then went to American Muscle and found that they had a slightly different looking one that looks like it'll be good and it's a 60 day return policy so for some reason it doesn't fit I can return it.

So cautionary tale to all of us beware of eBay I got sold an incorrect part that I can't use now.

That is why I have this 2015 manifold for sale. I put a 2018 intake on my 2015 mustang. I put the lock outs on it as well. I bought and installed a 2018 engine cover and then I made a purge valve mount and once I did that the engine cover would not fit on the car. I modified the 2015 engine cover for the 2018 manifold and painted the covers black with red accents. In the pic you can see the purge valve mount. With the cover being two pieces, I get much better engine cooling, no huge cover to hold in heat.

I use e-bay a lot and it is wise to do some research before you buy. I do comparisons with other products to make sure I am getting what I am really looking for.

Tat really looks awesome, I love the red accent and the different kind of cover on there.

I cut the 2015 engine cover in half to make it two separate covers (like valve covers of the old motors). I took the 5.0 badge off the 2015 engine cover and mounted it on the radiator cover.
