Identify Radiator Hose.

I need the 3/8” i.d. hose that runs from the engine (behind the thermostat housing) to the back side of the expansion tank. In this diagram, I’m assuming it’s gotta be 13. I have no idea what 9 is, but wanted to make sure between the two. It’s not drawn very good to make a solid conclusion.

#13 looks correct to me. #9 I believe runs from the top of the expansion tank to the top of the radiator.
