I’m just got my e85r tune in from Lund. Filled up on e85 with the flex fuel tune in. I had about 4miles left on the 93 that was in the tank. After I filled up I showed about 67% on the egauge. Filled up again a few days later same gas station and on the way home the gauge went to 85%. I took a sample before I left the station and tried doing the graded cylinder test (water extraction method). I put 20mil of water in and 80mil of fuel. It separated at around the 96mil mark. Can anyone tell me what this comes out to? I will try to attach a picture.

you don't have near enough water in your mix to precipate out correctly. you want no less than 1 part water, 2 parts fuel.

I did google it. I came up with I did by googling. But it just doesn’t make since that my line is at 96mil. I understand how the link you attached worked, I did that with the ethanol free fuel.
If you did the test right and I did the math right its 95% E. If I was you, I'd do the test again and send us a pic with out sun in the back ground glaring through the glass.

Also make sure you shake it up good so the water completely mixes with the ethanol.
