Two too many doors....
If it was before the 1990's when you didn't have to put kids in booster seats and in the back, or baby seats in the back. That world isn't the world we live in today. Today if you are going to USE the rear seats, you want 4 doors if you have children that need to be in a baby seat or booster seats.
Before the safety police made it so you could not have a baby seat in the front pass side seat or kids under x tall not in a booster seat. sure, stuff them in the back to go for a ride.
I had to put a baby seat in my mustang rear seat once, and hope I never EVER have to try to do that again.
@ doors were never good for family with kids, even back then, tons of car ad's in paper/autotrader that stated baby on way must sell, and it was a 2 door car.
Ideally it be nice if they built that car, they offered it in 2 door and 4 door, but I doubt they ever do that type thing for a model ever again, the crash testing cost and r&d /tooling would kill it before it started.
