Nice to see fellow Mustang owners who also have an Olds!
Thanks, yep, I have my preferences but I can easily jump from one brand to another. Though interestingly enough all my vintage cars are Oldsmobile and all my newer cars are Fords.

I like your car, Jack. Glad someone else likes driving with the top down in January.

8 below zero this morning. Backed the mustang out of the garage to put up some new led garage lights. I sure miss summer weather. It’ll be here soon I keep telling myself. The positive is I got to hear it run for a while.

I, for the past few years, have had projects to get me through, SBCs in Datsun 240Zs , and in RX7s I’ve owned. I have a heated garage. I also snowmobiled for years and play indoor tennis 3 days a week. I also do any indoor house projects over the winter.
This year I have quite a bit of stuff I will do to the S550, BMR lockout kit, lowering springs, Blowfish bracket, axle back, and resonator delete, etc, so there are ways to get by.
I also find it’s like having a new car when I bring it out in the spring.
I probably would go south but my wife isn’t interested.
I put an LT1 in my RX7 one winter.

I bet that was one BAD A$$ RX7!!
It was a fun car. The LT1 didn’t have much done, cam headers, etc. It had a 700r4 auto. It ran 11.8s at 116 just the way it was driven on the street.

I always wanted something like that.......looked into doing a 5.0 swap into a Miata but just didn't like the looks of any Miata!!:puke:

Wish I'd thought of an RX7...they are cool little cars for sure.....especially with a FIRE BREATHING V-8!!:like::like:
