HP Spoiler Difference

Hi all. I have been working on getting the HP spoiler and gurney flap for my Mach 1 but I am confused somewhat.

What is the diffrenece between the KR3Z-6344210-AA that is on the Mach 1 HP parts spreadsheet and the M-16600-FP? The FP is half the price. Thanks to anyone who has purchased either one.

First one is the Ford part #, other one is the FP part number. They’re basically the same part, Ford just charges more for the “genuine Ford part” vs the FP part. There’s another thread going on about finding the part that is sprayed in the proper Magnetic Metallic in the matte finish (vs gloss black) if that’s what you’re truly looking for

edit: can’t tell if the Ford part comes with the gurney flap, but the FP part does.

If I had to guess, it’s painted black as it’s showing the vehicle application as the GT500. But I would be curious as well if others have been able to source it in the proper matte Magnetic finish. Good luck!

And as in the other thread, you’d likely need to use the VIN of an HP car to get it if it is indeed available in the proper finish.

They're the same. And no you cannot order one from Ford in magnetic. They are all gloss black. The only way they come in magnetic is if they are on the car from the factory. Lot's of people tried and researched this to death back in 2021.
