what is the clearance angle or the height of splitter and protrusion of it from front wheels?

Considering a building, and need to check the approach angles to get the car in / out. Also have to do some work this winter to prep driveways and such for it.

Thanks,

ok, someone with an HP stop enjoying the car for 5 minutes, measure the height of the bottom of the front splitter, and the distance from front of splitter to the front 'axle'

I would but the mover dropped everything off yesterday at our new house. To say my garage is full would be an understatement lol. The Mach 1 is hidden behind a wall of boxes. I should be able to get to it tonight and get measurements

I measured 38 inches from the center wheel cap to the front splitter.

Here is the height:

Mine measures~ 5.12” from the bottom of the forward most point of the splitter to the floor, and ~34.50” from the forward most point of the splitter to where the tire contacts the road. The approach angle calculates to approximately 8.4 degrees.

The car has ~ 3/4 tank fuel and has been sitting in the garage for over a week, so I assume its at normal ride height.

ok, so a 5° ramp would work, or to be very safe, an 18' long ramp for the 1.5' I need to go up for the shop I am considering. which should not be a major issue where it would have to go.

Yeah, full tank of gas here but on Pilot Sport 4S tires. I don't think the ride height should change from just that tire swap. Safe to say call it 5 inches. (Not what he said or she said)

Found an old post I made where I measured 4.875 ground to splitter

I don't know how big the average speed bump is but I've been afraid to go over any so far. 5 inches "should" clear most regular ones that aren't those 3 foot wide ridiculous ones.

Caution!!!

my measurements are with 275/35 tires in front and 325/30 in the rear.

my tires are bigger than stock diameter by .30” front and .20” rear.

Adjusting for the smaller stock tires, the approach angle would be roughly 8.25 degrees.

sorry about that oversight.
