How to remove tweeter from pillar?

I have a driver's side tweeter that insists on popping/crackling and need to replace. How does one remove the piece the speaker is mounted in?

It just twists right in, very easy to remove. The pain in the ass is reinstalling the trim lol

You can pull it at the top without taking it out completely at the bottom. It’s a little tricky but you can get in there to get the tweeter out this way.

Yes, the trim piece is a bit fiddly to remove and a nightmare to put back. If you could reach the tweeter without completely removing the trim, that would be ideal.
