How much hp do you get from headers with a vortech?

I’m thinking about getting some corsa headers on my 19 gt. I have a vortech already installed. I’m just curious if I’ll get more hp with them? Someone told me i should get about 80 more but that sounds like a lot.

one thing to remember is you're going to lose say, 1-2lbs of boost

so you might only gain 25-30 from headers but gain another 20-40 by dropping a pulley size or two

Are you on e85 or gas?

Mine went from 599 to 637 with headers and the V3JT On 91 fuel mixed with Torco Accelerator. Same day, it jumped to 770 on E85 with the 3.6 pulley. Now its at 900+ with a 3.30 pulley. 10r80 trans.

You wanted 61hp from headers? I don’t think that’s realistic without changes to your pulley or fuel (if not on E85 already).

No im not e85 yet, that’s my next mod. I don’t know if I should get a double or triple pump. But it will be nice after i get my headers. As for pulley size I am the smallest until im e85. Lund won’t let me go down until im e85. But i also need fuel rails as well.
