If it weren't for all the damn brine and salt, I wouldn't hesitate. If I was able to daily an sn95 then this car would be cake by comparison. I just hate that there's always 2-3 months where you're kicking up shit all over your car.

I wouldn't drive my 'stang in winter for all the tea in China, it goes to sleep in my garage on Oct. 30 and wakes up on late March-early April. I have a real winter car that is properly equipped for the winters we get up here.

I get better traction than 4x4/awd vehicles when its snowing.
Literally drove home from a ski resort while it was snowing and passed like 4 suv's stuck on a hill spinning their wheels.

Michelin Xice I3's for me.
Cheaped out last set of winter tires with some local brand Canadian tire sells. The difference was quite noticable with extreme cold and snow.
Cheap ones did the job but in crap weather I'll take all the traction I can get.

Driving any car in Chicagoland winters is slow death for the car. Both my cars are nice, so if I have to go out in the schnitz, I'll probably drive the one that is less likely to crash, and has a heated steering wheel, my awd XTS Caddy.

I drove my EB through the winter but I have a different DD now that I have the GT. I don't mind the snow at all but the salt and chemicals they put down are so bad.

Not me!!
Here in NC, in the mountains, we don't have the winters like we used to.
Then;
Snow and COLD for weeks at a time;
Salt, Brine and ice on the roads.
Now;
Sometimes, I can get the Mustang out for a spin on dry, clean roads;
Sometimes it stays in for weeks........
