Yeah, definitely just for ricers...lol.I also don't get the obsession with hiding tires under the fender. Just seems like a ricer thing that got passed on to Mustangs for some reason.

When I say passed on from ricers, I'm talking about the more extreme spectrum. Unless you see a lot of 66 Mustangs like below:Yeah, definitely just for ricers...lol.
Yeah, my style as well. Too low just isn't for me.. to each of their own though.don't like the slammed pancake look, i'll make my own breakfast. 1.2 front 1.0 rear is perfect for these cars, it looks mean and clears speed bumps without issue. I like Steeda!!!!!
Everyone of those you showed were stanced though, totally different. They all have camber because they are bagged which makes them look funny.Yeah, my style as well. Too low just isn't for me.. to each of their own though.
Everytime I see a car lower than 2 inches it reminds me of this:

Things that older folks say... We understand you can't get in and out of a lowered car like you used to. lol JKSure if you are in Honda Civic![]()
IMO, DD's are where bags shine. I can tuck tires and never have to worry about a steep driveway or speed bump again all at the same time. My bags have really saved my APR splitter big time. It's also nice to air all the way up in the garage to fit a floor jack under it without using ramps. The positive outcomes are endless lol.I can definitely admire a super low S550. I think they look great but I wouldn't do it personally since my car is a DD. I'll be happy with a 1-1.25" drop.
I like the look of both cars. I prefer the top one better. With the wide hips these S550 have and being able to run a wide tire out back, it really compliments the look of the car.
I am in my 40's too, and have had over 10 Mustangs. I would not go any lower than the picture above, however.
Here are pictures of my car. I am running Steeda ultralite linears with Koni shocks/struts and 20x10/20x11 wheels and 285/305 tires (35 series) with -2 camber up front and -2.1 out back. I have zero rubbing at all. The fenders are rolled from the factory and hitting some big bumps, my tires have never rubbed the inside of my fenders at all. If they did, it would tear my white lettering off my tires.
