How long does it take before you receive supplements

Call Ford Performance and give them your vin and maybe they can track it. Like I said earlier on if you weren't home to sign for it from UPS it was sent back. But now some are saying they are leaving the package without a signature requirement.

I think you call 800-367-3788 Mon-Fri and if not right tell them you want to talk to Ford Performance about not receiving your supplement for your Shelby GT350 and they will transfer you to proper department. Be sure to have your vin in case they ask for it so they can trace it.

Called them on the 28th, gave them my vin and chassis # and it arrived yesterday.

My 17R arrived mid May and still no supplement.

I called the FP number noted above and selected option 2 (of 2). They will transfer you to someone who can actually look it up by VIN. Have the last 8 digits handy (starting with the H)

Good thing I called. They never wrote down my chassis number so I fell out of the queue. Great process control, very world class....NOT. :doh: :shrug:

Apparently they ship in weekly batches. They said once I send them a photo of my chassis number, it should be in next weeks batch.

I didn't know about the supplement when I bought the car. It showed up on my doorstep a week after getting the car. I asked my wife what she bought now and she said nothing. I had to eat a little crow when I opened it. I don't think she believed me when I told her they sent it free. She wanted to know what it cost.

Glad I called and asked about this because apparently the dealer never sent them my info so they never made one for me.
