How long does it take to receive the Crank Trophy

It's almost time for an oil change so I wonder if Ford is still sending out the oil filter and the Crank Trophy? If so, how many weeks did you guys have to wait to get either?

Don't know what people call it, but I see people showing off what they get from Ford - a mini flat plane crank and a presentation box w/ a oil filter inside.

The owner supplement with the crank display took about 3 months on my 16. It's been just over two months on my 17 and I have not received it yet. My understanding is the oil filter supplement is only for the pre-canister cars.

The oil filter & wrench are for cars built pre-2017 calendar year, and IIRC that program has ended. As far as the owners kit goes (it's not a trophy, trophys are for when you do something and win lol), they are for the original owner of the vehicle only and generally take about 2 months (from when the car is sold) to be delivered to your address.

If it's been a few months and you haven't received the kit, send Ford Performance an email with your VIN, Badge # and address. [email protected]

If it's been longer than 2 months, do as white15gt says and give Ford Performance a call. I had to do the same thing because mine never showed up.

Remarkably I got my "owners supplement" in just over 2 weeks. its pretty awesome.
