Mine came about 2 weeks after signing the papers at the dealer. I had it before the car because it was Feb and the car was being delivered in April. I also received my oil filter wrench shortly after the recall came out.

Called Ford Performance today to see what happened to mine. Emailed a pic of the chassis plate and VIN#. Should get it now.
