I have actually had a similar conversation in the past. Once a customer of mine asked me to attend a meeting with one of his customers, who was unhappy with the quality of color that he was producing for her.OMG yes! I saw that, just recently in fact. A Fuji rep showed it to me on his iPhone. Hysterical.
I learned some interesting things that may affect our interpretation of color: gender (women see color slightly better, sorry fellas), the time of day, amount of caffeine in our blood streams, and whether or not we are hungry at the time. Weird, huh?
She fashioned herself a "designer". During the course of the meeting, at one point she told me that our "reds were too tomatoey", and the browns were "too cinnamon-y".
I had almost exactly the same reaction as the guy in the video - "...and you mean...... what exactly do you mean?"
