How do you set date on 2019 GT 4in. sync 3.3?

Searched manual, searched web and have not found the answer to set the date, all are higher option systems with touch screen.

I have the non touch 4in. screen base model 3.3 sync, can go to clock and can set time but no option to set date, mine is 1 day ahead.
Tried rolling clock back 24hrs several times, nope.

Have the same system in my Fusion can go from menu to clock a settings and have the option to set date no problem.
Also found the same screen for a F150.

Loading an update on a memory stick or wifi to 3.4 a maybe?
Do the wifi updates only do sync or does it get into other systems???????
I don't want it messing with anything else in the car, like the tune by chance.

After more research, it seems the 4in. non touch screen sync 3 can only be updated with a memory stick or by dealer. No wifi which would be ultra slow where I am.

Should not interfere with any other systems. Good.

There must be a way to set the clock without all this monkey motion.

Somebody has to have set a clock on a 4in. screen base model 2019 GT with PP1.
