How to update to latest Sync 3.3 (2018 GT) ?

2018 GT with Sync 3.0 (Build 17276 according to settings info). When I login and go to Sync update site, it says an update is available, but it say I will be updated to Sync 3.0. Don't I already have 3.0? How do I get 3.3? What is the build number of the latest update and how do I get it?

3.3 is not available for your vehicle.

My 19 Bullitt came with 3.2. I'm now on 3.3. Maybe 3.0 is the max for 18s.
