Has anyone passed feedback to Mike yet about them detaching?

Hopefully he has changed the bond already....

I did let him know about mine. Unsure on whether he's changed the process at all. I've booked in with Sand Fortis and they are gonna re seal mine and I've asked if they can bolt/ screw or whatever them to the bonnet to give me that peace of mind they're going nowhere.

I need to get mine installed, bit worried about them coming off though.

Aren't they tired down with the metal cord that's attached to them ?

They remove all the clips and that cord to fit as ours are stuck on rather than fitted in recess. I am going to use a cable tie and a bar across gap to secure mine. I think the mega heat we had a couple of weeks ago didn't help. I've not contacted Mike about mine as only one edge is lifting and only slightly.

I think it's worth doing though as looks ace.

Does Mike know they're coming off ?

Had mine fitted by Mike last week.

Less than ideal conditions (workshop temp around 2c!!!) but they took a lot of care and thus far everything seems to be fine.

Mike has also developed a little bracket, that means should the worst happen with the glue/bond, the vents should still remain securely attached to the car.

I also added a set of Starkey LED indicators in the vents, to match the OEM 2016 look. Very happy with those too.
