This is pretty interesting.

Ford gives us a car than can easily run a square 285-305 setup. Yet people still think of putting flares on this car.

Blows my mind.

Ok - so got the box home and opened it, what a good looking setup.

So far the quality is quite impressive. I am going to take take pictures of the setup and and post as I pull the pieces out.

Thanks Jayman!

Got the kit installed yesterday, finished up late so no alignment until tomorrow...

Unfortunately the photographer forgot to take enough pictures of the install...uhem and thank god my wife was paying attention and took a bunch more.

I am going through the pics now and will put some up in the next day or so!

So I went down about 1 3/4 - 2 inches overall. I am not tucking tire - I wanted to have more subtlety than that. i have about maybe a finger worth of space....

Love the kit so far! I am pleasantly surprised that even though we had every thing torn apart the alignment and even the camber isn't that bad from early measurements.

I set it for 12 clicks from soft all the way around for initial driving, and I have to tell you - so far its pretty damn close to as smooth as stock with out the bounciness we had stock. The wife said she didn't feel that it was enough of a difference to be significantly mentionable.

It is for sure more solid and a bit stiffer over significant bumps as I expected it would be. But not anywhere near my previous setups - I think it actually rides better than stock and is how this car should have been from the factory!

The car handles like a damn go cart now though! it for certain is putting more of the power to the wheels and less energy is wasted on motion in the suspension - way easier to spin the wheels now!

I haven't had a chance to take a good after pic yet - its raining and she is a dirty birdy...

One question I have for you guys who put these in or for those of you who have this style of BC elsewhere - how did you setup your rear shock? Did you lengthen the height much? What exactly did you do? - The spring was a no brainer but the shock made me say Hmmm....

So quick question for you guys - did you guys pull your coil to change camber angle or did you use a specific tool or "modification" to make the bolts for the camber angle available?

Once I get tires I'll see if I can lower the car another half inch to close out that gap. Also gonna remove the rear perches.

Nice s550 sema!! What're your wheel specs and what size tires are you going with? I had those wheels on my last car.

I also plan on taking out the rear perches. Keep us posted!
