I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a set of coilovers for my PP GT. I was looking into the bc's but just recently saw that ISC has come out with a comparable setup. I know that both companies are known to be a "bargain" brand but was curious as to which coil would be a better choice. I don't daily drive my car its more of a weekend warrior and will never see bad weather. I currently have sportlines on the car and I'd like a little bit lower stance than what I currently have which is the reason I'm switching. The other coils available below 1800 don't seem to have the height adjustability I'm looking for. Any input is appreciated.

I would go ISC. I had BC in the past and wasn't impressed.

From the research I've done and some of the responses I've gotten i believe ISC will be my choice as long as I can confirm they have the same drop potential as the BC's.

yeah they claim initial drop of -.5" in the rear to -3.0" and +1.0" to-3.00" in the front. That sounds like plenty to me, I just want to make sure that the drop is inline with the BC drops I've been seeing. I cant find specs on drop for the BC's other than its alot.

Had ISC on my Evo X and they worked pretty good! No experience with BC.

Had ISC on an STi about 5 years ago. They were good but I don't know how they would compare to the FRPP shocks/strutts with the Steeda ultralight linear springs. Personally that is the route I'm going to go this time.

I have no direct experience with either. But have generally heard better things about ISC, from people whose opinion I care about.

I am in the same boat. I am comparing these 2 coil overs and a static set up like steeda ultra lite linear/bmr handling Springs and FRPP shocks/struts. I really want to know how these compare.

They are both good entry level coilovers.

However in my opinion they are typically not valved appropriately.

I ordered a set of BC coils and had swift springs added as well as proper valving for my racing application.
