So whats the highest mph you went and catched your stang flash the traction or stability control ?

I went on a open road at 160mph and there was a bump that threw me off and it got swirly a bit and I believe without the stability control Ive wouldve swirled out and probably crashed

I see you are from El Paso. Lots of long open stretches out there.

My first time around Gingerman Raceway Park, coming up the front stretch at about 145. I came to the crest of a small incline and "SHIT" there is hair pin turn about 50yards up!!! I mashed the breaks turned through and throttled out like a pro.

 dunno. Maybe 10 mph or so while I was trying to determine how effective it might be (answer - not very, hardly any diff with it on vs off).

or stability control ?
My '08 is pre-AdvanceTrak. But the stability control on my wife's LGT kicked in at around 40 mph in the middle of a turn way, way before
there should have been any call for it.

Please take it to a road course near you.

I'm no stranger to bumps taken at speed . . . I regularly run over the curbings at up to and occasionally over 100 mph even in the middle of
an over-1g corner, with little or no adverse effects (no AdvanceTrak, remember). As do most other drivers once they've demonstrated enough
skill and judgment to be cleared to run solo.

based upon your use of the words "catched" and "swirly", its probably for the best that you should not operate your motor vehicle on ANY road at speeds anywhere near that.

I turn off traction control when I want to give it the juice. I dont think I have ever seen the warning light. What fun is 160 if you can't get it sideways? Pretty boring, I think.

wow - had you swirled out and crashed, the warranty on you and the car would have been expired, instantly.
