Isn't it 5 years in AZ?Yea it really is a hassle. My state exempts cars until its 6 years old then after 6 years of modding it sneaks up on you.

From what ive seen its supposed to be 5 complete registrations exempt and any thing newer than 6 years is exempt.Isn't it 5 years in AZ?
I guess theres pros and cons. Our state seems to only favor people who buy new cars and classic cars over 15 years old which had to be on some official list of classic cars. That 20 years exemption would be nice for my jeep. They failed my jeep for no connection to obd2 and i discovered it wasnt connecting because they were requiring us to leave the car on when pulling into the station and they plug in their computer with the car running and the jeep needs to be off before anything is plugged in. I had to go back and have them retest. Here in NH, we donāt become emissions exempt for 20 years....
Weird... Lund claims that they don't do this and threatened to report PBD to the EPA for the exact same thing.
It was in reference to a screenshot on a Facebook group of an email exchange between Lund and a customer who apparently also had a PBD tune. Lund said that PBD must have turned of emissions components and that he would be reporting them to the EPA (they had not actually turned of emissions controls). Can you elaborate on this?
