Where in Mass are you going that's testing the decibel levels of your exhaust?

I've been getting my cars tested in Mass since 2003 and probably have been to 30+ stations over that span and I have never once seen them take a decibels test...and I've had some pretty rowdy cars (including my current Mustang which is much louder than stock).

Yeah, I'm gonna do the Ford Performance Borla S Cat.
Good choice. It's a bit too mild for me, but I love Borla. I had the Borla Sport catback on for a while and loved it, which is louder than the S-type.

Yeah, it's mild but I need a guarantee where I don't have to keep the stock pipes then switch them every year for inspection.

Otherwise, I'd be doing the Mishi H Pipe and Roush Axle. Sounds so sweet.

Nowhere yet. This is my first GT since moving back to MA a couple of years ago.

If they're not that strict, let me know where to go and I'm switching gears for the Mishi H Pipe and Roush Axle Back.

They are not, so instead of settling for the exhaust you want, or having to switch it every year, you should just find one that is more lax with the testing...but again I have not found or heard of any that fail for exhaust volume.

They may be strict(er) on other stuff, but not on exhaust unless its absolutely deafening and smells like crap.

Where do you live?

Revere. I originally wanted the Flowmaster Outlaw Cat or Mishi H Pipe and Roush Axle Back.
