The seal is breached. Did you buy the car used or new?

Completely normal, the seal is not breached, I get this from going out into cold weather and into a humid car park. It has a vent breather at the back of the headlight.
It even states it in the manual thats its normal... somewhere I remember reading it

Totally normal. Once the car gets moving at speed, and the lights come one, it will disappear.

I disagree that this is normal. The condensed moisture covers more than 50%of the lens and is quite heavy. I would check for evidence that the headlight assembly was opened - if so, the plastic housing should show signs of damage/ deformation where the front and back halves come together, or there should be evidence of cutting the housing. These assemblies are extremely hard to open and are damaged in the process. If it's been modified, you will have your answer. Good luck!

Keep in mind; the headlight units are not "sealed", they have vents specifically to allow atmosphere to circulate through them. They're actually completely open to the elements.

OP, have you owned the car from new?

Looks like less than 50% to me in both photos. The only thing I'm unable to determine is if the droplets in the first picture on inside or outside the lamp or not. Condensation on the first photo is very spotty across the whole thing in that one, however, I wouldn't be happy with that amount of condensation regardless as it does seem a bit excessive.

Would be interesting to know how cold/warm it was before it went through a wash or was washed that particular day and humidity.
