If you could only do one, which would start with and why?

My opinion Depends on whether you can install the headers yourself or whether you are paying to install them. GT350 manifold will be very easy to install vs headers. If you could only do one, which would start with and why?
I do find shorter runner intakes do have nice throttle response characteristics. The GT350 throttle body apparently adds the throttle response which would be welcome without having to jack up any of the driver demand and pedal vs plate tables. I had a Boss 302 intake manifold on my 2013 and honestly felt it drove a lot better than stock with it even when I put it back to stock to trade it in. I never felt any torque loss with it the car was a ton stronger. The GT350 manifold may only show gains on the top end on a dyno chart. Im sure partial throttle gains are excellent from what people report.
Hopefully your throttle body showes up soon. Interested in how you deal with tuning it and what impression partial throttle gives you.I do find shorter runner intakes do have nice throttle response characteristics.
