$20K in your pocket and almost as much fun...? :lol:Without headers, if we put a 5.0 with gt350 im, cai, and tb against a stock gt350, all on 93 octane, what is the outcome?
Many are doing that with just tunes.Well, a non-R GT350 traps 115-117?
What does a 5.0 need to match or beat that? Not too much, really.
Doesn't matter gt350 = track not dragMany are doing that with just tunes.
But in fairness GT 350 owners probably do not have the drag race driver mod and are all manuals which takes more skill than the auto to do well at drag racing.
On a manual GT it normally takes a tune and CAI or tune and E85 to do that.
But the guys on here with GT 350 setups with manuals seem to be at 117-124mph.
Here's the thing, people still take them to the drag strip. It's like a minivan flooring it next to you at a light. It's not supposed to be the intended function of the car, but you're still then and there and dealing with an owner who wants to get down  Shoot, I'd take my GT350 to the strip too.Doesn't matter gt350 = track not drag
LOL If I had a gt350 I'd be happy to take it to the mall. Here's the thing, people still take them to the drag strip. It's like a minivan flooring it next to you at a light.
