Hello,
2015 gt pp 17,000 miles. Fbo 18 intake manifold and lu47 injectors running on 93 mpvi2+ with lund tune. After 2 weeks started misfiring and throwing various misfire codes, drives like shit over 4000 rpms. I changed the plugs didnt help. I believe swapping the coils would be next? Any help or ideas greatly appreciated.

Try swapping back to your stock injectors and have Lund send you a revision.

I would consult Lund as much as possible before you start throwing random parts at it. Their diagnostic help is great.

This issue started right after Headers were installed ?
Cats or Catless ?
O2 extensions or not ?

Off the cuff;
Order up some NTK or Bosch F-150 front O2 sensors (Rock Auto or your preference) and remove the extensions .
The F-150 have longer leads (Bosch is a bit longer than NTK)
You can search the M6G forums for F-150 O2’s

Do you have to pull the intake manifold out to check this?

What's the actual misfire codes or DTC's? A general P0300 could be anything. P0301-P0308 is an exact cylinder.

What else did you touch during the header install? Have you checked wiring harnesses and connectors near the headers?

At first it was p0305 pending cylinder 5 misfire. I sawpped the plugs and moved the number 5 coil. Now its back to p 0300 random misfire. I can only trigger the code over 4000 rpm. I will check the wiring/vacuum lines. Thanks

Here ya go, I had to look because I recalled a similar situation coming up before for a P0300 after the owners checked plugs/swapped coils and also checked over connectors to sensors, but P0300 problem was persistent even after looking over those items. This may be your issue, faulty crank sensor, so review each thread carefully because each owner came across it in a different manner.
