Is it possible to use the factory studs?
with BBK I used pretty much all the factory head studs with the exception of a few due to the bends in the tubing.

For you stainless power guys, did you reuse the factory studs or take them out and use bolts?
Don't save the studs get arp bolts. I had a bad experience with two due to the lack of clearance and they took me almost 4 hours to get straighter out.

I kept the studs on my 13. The bolts that came with them looked shitty. It required a little more work but I was on a lift and already had the subframe down and starter out etc.

so which set hooks up perfectly to 3" catback(ie corsa extreme)?

I know SW/SP you need the 6" extension
ARH is a different connection and looks like you'd add a third x-pipe

Kooks is the best option for corsa?

Kooks performance connection is a little tricky. If you want the bottleneck eliminated and want to run 3" to 3", SW is the best/easiest option. Also cheaper. If you go with factory connect, either will work fine.

you may have to loosen some stuff, but shouldn't have to take all the way off

If I have a MBRP catback already installed would I need to remove it to install stainless power headers or can it be left on?
I'm doing this right now. Just let the H-pipe droop down and you can keep the rest intact. So far I've reused all the studs on the driver's side.
