So for over a year ive been trying to pinpoint an annoying ringing metallic sound under my car and i finally noticed where my kooks long tubes and mbrp h pipe connect the h pipe wiggles on the drivers side even though the clamp is as tight as it can be. Can i do about this?

Jeez that's quite the neck down. I'd cut that off and weld in some stainless at least to the size of the main part of the down pipe. That said, put a tack weld at a couple spots. It'll be rattle free

I see a small soot trail near the back of the clamp joint at about 7 O’clock.
Your best bet is to pull the system and have the connection ends checked for correct diameter and roundness. Have an exhaust shop resize the ends (expand to correct diameter) if needed. Purchase two new OEM slip clamps and reinstall the system.

Always be sure to install the slip clamps in the exact same location, they distort the connection tube ends when torqued to spec. This is why Ford Engineered the locking tabs into the OEM clamps.

So it sounds like the only way is with modification. Im planning on swapping to a 2018 rear bumper so i will need to get a new catback anyways so i guess i should just wait until i get my quad tip system.
