Thanks MetalCord! I was having this exact problem, not realizing that if you scroll down in the 'About' screen, you'll find your SYNC ESN. I'm currently downloading my complementary update...I assume you're having this issue for the same reason I did. There is more than one "ESN" in your sync info. You want to enter in the "SYNC Serial Number (ESN):". You do NOT want the "Onboard Modem Serial Number (ESN):"
